This varies on the make and model of your phone alongside the part damaged.   Common parts like (but not limited to) screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras can be done same day and often within an hour depending on inventory.  Some repairs are more intricate and required a longer timeframe, which can be discussed more accurately on enquiry.  Some repairs may need to be sent to our other store to be completed, and very intricate repairs may be outsourced.  Items not in stock are usually 1-2 working days to get delivered.  Mostly overnight if the repair is booked in before 12pm.  Some parts we may have to get out of China due to low demand in NZ.  Same day delivery is available on some parts, we charge the local courier/uber delivery fee, which is $20 for Kaiapoi, $30 for Ponsonby.

General repairs include a 3 month warranty on parts and services from completion of the service, [not] the collection date. Batteries are covered with a 6 month warranty from completion also.

Only parts that have been replaced or repaired will be covered.  Faults will not be repaired if they have been caused by physical damage or negligence on the part of the user. PhoneCloud reserve the right to determine the cause of the fault. Repairs not classed as a 'General Repair' may include water damage, severe impact damage, bent out of shape housing, devices that were unable to boot and damage caused by software. A warranty seal/sticker will be placed within the device and all warranties will be void if the PhoneCloud warranty seal is tampered with.

Purchase of all goods are covered by the Consumer Goods Act.  We offer 12 months warranty on all new items excluding accidental or intentional damage.  Some items are covered by an extended warranty given by the manufacturer, handled by us.  We will endeavour to replace on the spot where available, or replace with something of similar nature where agreed upon.  Refund is also available if replacement or repair is unavailable/inappropriate for the situation.  If you change your mind on your purchase, please ensure the packaging is in resalable/as new condition, as we are happy to offer exchange.

Used items, such as refurbished phones and tablets, come with a 30 day to 6 month warranty depending on the value/age of the item. All accessories supplied are new and are covered as new items.

We have been selling online for almost 2 years.  We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Bank Transfer.  We also offer ZIP Payment, "Zip Now, Pay Later".  Easy to set up and Pay 4 installments over 6 weeks interest free.We dispatch from either shop dependent on inventory. We will dispatch within 1 working day, same day where possible. Please get orders in before 2pm for same day dispatch.

Delivery for Urban areas are targeted for 1-3 working days from dispatch.  Rural Areas are quoted as double the time frame.
